To ensure we can meticulously prepare and bake your order to perfection, we require a minimum lead time for bakery orders in Singapore.
Croissants & Pastries: Please place your order at least 2-3 days in advance.
Custom Cakes: We require a minimum of 3 days' notice for all custom cake orders.
Corporate & Bulk Orders: Please order 3-5 days in advance for large corporate or private events.

Product, Ingredients and Storage recommendations

At this time, we do not offer gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegan bakes.
Our signature croissants are made with premium French butter, while our cookies and cakes feature high-quality New Zealand butter. As a result, all our products contain dairy and are baked in a kitchen that handles common allergens. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We believe that exceptional bakes start with exceptional ingredients.
We are proud to use premium, high-quality ingredients sourced both locally in Singapore and from abroad. Our signature flaky croissants and pastries are made exclusively with imported French butter, while our cakes and cookies feature rich butter from New Zealand. We also partner with local suppliers for our fresh eggs and flour, ensuring both freshness and quality in every bite.

Our products are baked fresh daily, and their freshness varies by type.
Here are our general guidelines:
Croissants & Plain Pastries: Best enjoyed on the day of purchase. They can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days.
Filled Pastries: Should be stored in the refrigerator and enjoyed within three days.
Cookies: Can be stored in an airtight container for up to five days at room temperature.
Cakes: Our custom cakes are best enjoyed within three to four days when stored in the refrigerator. We recommend letting them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before serving to achieve the perfect texture.

Proper storage is key to enjoying your treats at their best.
Here are our recommendations:
Croissants & Plain Pastries: To preserve their flaky texture, store them in a paper bag or an airtight container on the counter. Do not refrigerate plain pastries, as this can dry them out.
Filled Pastries: Please keep these in the refrigerator to maintain their freshness and filling quality.
Cookies: Keep them in a sealed, airtight container at room temperature.
Cakes: For maximum freshness, store your cake in its original box in the refrigerator. Before serving, take it out and allow it to come to room temperature for at least 30 minutes.

To enjoy your pastries as if they were freshly baked, we highly recommend reheating them.
Simply preheat your oven, toaster oven, or air fryer to 180°C (350°F). Place the pastries on a baking sheet and heat for 6-8 minutes. This will bring back their flaky layers and delightful aroma. We advise against using a microwave, as it can make the pastry soft and chewy.
Delivery and Collection

We offer islandwide delivery in Singapore for a flat fee of $15. Please note that delivery to Sentosa is currently not available.
For your convenience, we also provide several self-collection locations at no additional cost:
Grab HQ @ One-North: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 10am - 2pm
Upper Changi MRT (Taxi Stand I48):
Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays: 4pm - 7pm
Saturdays & Sundays: 10am - 12pm

To ensure the highest quality, all our bakes are made-to-order. For this reason, we currently do not offer same-day delivery. All orders are on a pre-order basis to ensure we have enough time to bake every item to perfection.

We do not have a physical retail store at the moment. All orders are available for delivery or self-collection at our designated pickup locations during the hours listed above.
